To cancel FlirtCam AI, sign in and go to My Profile → Settings → Unsubscribe. The published terms say cancellation stops the next automatic renewal while keeping Premium active until the end of the current billing period.
Do not leave the process until the final day. Save proof, check the paid end date and decide what to do with your remaining tokens. They expire when Premium ends and do not return if you subscribe again.

Cancelling a subscription is not the same as requesting a refund or deleting your account. These are three separate actions.

Should You Spend Tokens Before Cancelling?
If you only want to stop renewal: Cancel and use the remaining balance before Premium expires. Tokens expire at period end and are not refunded.
If you want a refund: Do not spend tokens. A subscription refund can be denied if more than 20 tokens were used. A purchased-token refund can be denied if any of those tokens were used.
How to Confirm Auto-Renewal Is Off
A successful cancellation should show at least one of: status changes to "cancelled", a paid-until date appears, next renewal disappears, confirmation email arrives, or support confirms cancellation in writing.
What If the Unsubscribe Button Is Missing?
- Confirm you are signed into the purchasing account.
- Open Settings in a desktop browser.
- Disable content blockers for the account page.
- Clear site cache or use a private window.
- Email info@flirtcam.ai from the registered address.
How FlirtCam Refunds Work
Subscription: Request within 24 hours. Denied if more than 20 tokens were used. User-side technical issues are excluded under stated policy.
Token purchase: Request within 24 hours. None of the purchased tokens can have been used.

When Should You Cancel?
Cancel at least 48 hours before renewal. This gives time to check the status, contact support, receive written confirmation, use tokens (if no refund planned) and correct any account or browser issues.

How to Request Account Deletion
Email info@flirtcam.ai requesting account closure and personal-data deletion. Note that the privacy policy says some records remain after closure: financial records may remain for five years; account, profile and chat data for 18 months; moderation records for up to two years.
